I've been getting loads of calls from numbers beginning with 0115, like 01159276647 and 01159273320, and plenty more in that range. To deal with it, I downloaded this free app called simplecallblocker. You can block either a specific number or a whole range, which is really handy. For example, if you want to block everything from 0115 0000000 up to 0115 0009999, you can just set it up like that. Thought I'd share in case anyone else is fed up with those calls!
