They start off with some pleasantries, asking how my day’s going, but before I know it, they launch into this whole spiel about being involved in a car accident. This happens every single time, and I must admit, I’m thoroughly fed up with it. That’s why I’ve decided to report this nonsense.

The caller always starts off with a friendly "How are you?" before diving straight into their rehearsed tale about being involved in a car accident.
