I got a call from a woman, I think her name was Sans or something like that. She mentioned a company, but I couldn’t make out the full name, it sounded like it began with ‘General’ something. When I asked her what motor accident she was talking about, she got really rude, told me to be quiet and then just ended the call. Honestly, how unprofessional!

Absolute scam tied to accidents. Honestly, it feels like the Regulator just can’t do anything to keep these crooks in check and shield ordinary folks.

I received a call from this number shortly after I advertised my car on Gumtree. The caller purporting to represent a Road Traffic Accident firm had a pronounced Indian accent yet insisted on using an English name. When I pressed them on how they obtained my number and requested some proof of their legitimacy, they responded with some absolutely disgraceful insults directed at my late mother. It was shocking behaviour! After I asked if their own parent would take pride in their foul language, they abruptly ended the call. Absolutely unbelievable!

I put my car up for sale on Gumtree and ended up getting a call about it. When I started asking loads of questions, cos the guy was speaking really bad English and seemed dodgy, he suddenly got proper nasty. He started hurling insults about my mum who’s passed away, saying awful stuff about her. All just because I was being careful and questioning what he was saying. What a total keyboard warrior!
