They also urged me to download Skrill wallet to facilitate the claiming process. However, when I faced issues with the app on my phone and began to question the need for account verification before any claims had been filed, they bizarrely suggested I install Anydesk so they could take control of my device remotely. I firmly declined their offer, and they hastily ended the conversation.
