I've got myself signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, you see. A rather cheeky young chap rang claiming to discuss home security matters. I must admit, he was rather overzealous and when his tone turned a bit rude, I pointed out his lack of manners. That was enough for me, so I ended the call.
