Sounded like it was Carphone Warehouse calling about a new contract or an upgrade. If you go for it and then choose to send the phone back within 14 days, that’s alright, but bear in mind you’ll need to cover the postage and send it recorded or signed for. Not cheap at all, speak from experience!
