I've been inundated with calls from different numbers, all seemingly linked to Magretha Telecommunication. Today, as I was waiting for a call from a client with the same area code, I answered. The individual on the line was rather impolite; they started by addressing me with my maiden name, which was my first warning sign. When I inquired about the purpose of the call, they claimed to represent Zest Tax Refund. I calmly informed them that I wasn’t interested. For the record, my husband is a business and tax advisor who manages all our tax matters, so I was well aware this was a scam. They didn’t appreciate being called out and I swiftly blocked the number.

I've been inundated with calls from various numbers linked to Nottingham, all seemingly from Magrethea Communications Ltd. Finally managed to speak to someone today, who started off chatting about a tax rebate. When I requested some specifics to share with my accountant, she suddenly claimed my accountant wouldn’t know anything and promptly hung up. It feels like a scam to either nab your banking info or to submit a straightforward application and pocket a hefty 90% cut. Best to steer clear of these calls!
