i got through to royal london and found out they’re basically a call centre sorting out old co-op stuff. they don’t do sales or try to push anything, which was a relief. when a family member passed away, they helped me sort everything using just the death certificate over the phone. super helpful and made a tough time much easier. if you’ve got an isa, pension or life insurance with them, i’d say you’re in safe hands.

Watch out, these are total scams! You barely get to pick up before they start charging crazy fees. They hit you with up to £1.50 for every minute you call back. It's ridiculous!
