I doubt this was a dodgy call. A chap named Wale Odwkoya said he was from the Office of the Public Guardian, reaching out regarding a Deputyship Order for one of my parents. He seemed to clear my security checks, but just to be on the safe side, I’d advise ringing the main number listed online.
