This number's been ringing me a few times without a word, but today I finally got someone on the line. A woman said she was with the Industrial Assessment Centre, which I’ve never heard of (maybe some kind of accident claim place?). Tried looking them up online but nothing came up. She got a bit too friendly, calling me love and darling, which I wasn’t having, so I pushed back and then she just cut the call. Fingers crossed they get the message now and give it a rest.
