4 yearsI think this could either be a dodgy attempt or some relentless push for life insurance policies. They had my maiden name on file, which was quite odd. When I politely explained that I was satisfied with my existing coverage, the woman completely lost her temper! Instead of taking it gracefully, she ended up hanging up on me when I requested that they delete my information from their records. Quite the experience, to say the least!4 yearsI encountered a similar situation recently. A caller claimed to be from some outfit named "review your cover". When I mentioned that I had just renewed my insurance and requested them to take me off their call list, he became rather irate, retorting that I didn’t grasp the purpose of the call, before abruptly hanging up.
