I got a call from this number, and the person claimed to be representing the council's solicitors. They said they could assist me but needed me to send photos and videos of the entire property. It didn’t really sit right with me - seemed a bit dodgy.

Definitely one of those pesky spam calls. I got it on my phone and could barely make out what the woman was saying. When I asked her which company she was calling for, she sounded like she was stumbling over her notes, and after a few tries, she muttered something like “Fusion”? Then she suddenly hung up! I'm pretty sure the number was fake. A quick search on 123 shows there are tons of different numbers linked to them.
