Complete con! They were going on about cutting down the monthly fees for appliance insurance, but it was all nonsense. Wouldn’t believe a word of it.

I got a call from someone saying they had a deal on my tv insurance, said they could save me some cash. They then asked which bank I'm with, and after that, they wanted me to say my full debit card number, starting with the first four digits that they gave me. It's a total scam - the first four digits show which bank it is, so you've already given away some info. They promised me a £165 discount on a tv insurance policy I don't even have. They're just tricking people to steal money and basically empty your bank account. Beware!

No clue who they are but plenty of 0115 numbers have been ringing me lately, and I’m pretty sure they’re all dodgy scammers.

Answered the call and all I got was silence before they just hung up. Proper irritating!
