Got a creepy voicemail left on my phone, really threw me off.

01158883352 Got a call from this number on my work secure line, and it was the same type of scam as others mentioned. The person on the line sounded Indian and spoke really fast, so I had to ask him to slow down. He said he was calling from HMRC and that there was a warrant out for my arrest because of unpaid taxes and fraud. It was odd since I recently got a refund cheque for £76.00. Right after I said that, he suddenly hung up on me.

He started shouting and swearing loads when I said I don’t own a computer, claiming I had a poor internet connection. I’ve reported everything to BT and the police now.
