Just got a call from this number, some bloke saying he was James from Virgin Media. Claimed they were monitoring my connection and noticed my internet was patchy with slow speeds and dropouts. I told him I was actually online then and had just done a speed test which showed everything was fine. After a bit of silence, “James” hung up. Looks like a total con to me.
