It truly is quite the annoying experience, isn’t it? I believe it's the GI Assessment Service we’re dealing with, and quite frankly, they’ve been rather frustrating. We’re just sat here, patiently awaiting a call from them, but every time they do ring, it's as if they hang up just as quickly as they called! It’s infuriating, to say the least!
