Around mid-July 2022, they sent out a “Courtesy email - Not due (13 days before invoice(s) are due)" with a copy of an unpaid invoice attached. The bank details shown on that invoice, whilst genuine, were actually wrong due to a mistake and correspond to their USD bank account. If payments have already been sent to the Experian USD bank, they’re asking to please share a remittance advice so they can sort it internally.
