On the 18th of July 2022, you should have got an email titled "Courtesy email - Not due (13 days before invoice(s) are due)" which included a copy of an outstanding invoice you owe us. Now, the bank details mentioned in that invoice, whilst genuine, are actually incorrect. This mix-up happened due to human error, and the details pertain to our Experian USD bank account. If you've already made any payments to our Experian USD account, please send through a remittance advice so we can sort it out on our end.
