I got a call from a firm called Finsbury Media based in Mansfield about Google Ads. Honestly, their staff training seems really poor or non-existent. As soon as the caller asked if my business used Google AdWords, I stopped the chat. I mentioned the number they were calling from is on the TPS list. To my surprise, she asked what TPS even is! I explained that Finsbury Media could face legal trouble for phoning TPS-registered numbers. She then said sorry, claimed she hadn’t been informed about this and that she’d only worked there for five days before abruptly hanging up!
