I received a dodgy call pertaining to life insurance, claiming to be from my provider. However, they had my address all wrong, which immediately raised my suspicions.

I chose not to pick up as I'm unfamiliar with any numbers from Nottingham. They didn’t leave a voicemail, which I find rather suspicious. I've now added them to my blocked contacts.

I’ve been getting incessant calls from this number with no identification, so I’ve chosen to ignore them for the time being. After seeing similar remarks from others, I'm definitely going to block this number.

Received a call from what appeared to be a local number, so I picked up, only to find out it was a dodgy life insurance scam.

I recently received a call from this number regarding my life insurance policy with AGI. The person on the line was quite pushy, insisting that I requested some sort of paperwork from them, supposedly to clarify the remaining balance on my mortgage and other details. I mentioned to them quite clearly that I’m fully aware of my mortgage's outstanding amount and the details of my life insurance coverage, which I’m content with. Despite my reassurance, they continued to press for me to obtain their documents, claiming it was a way to ensure I had the correct policy and might uncover potential savings.

I was hoping to take a look at my life insurance policy, but it turns out they didn’t have the right information stored and I couldn’t find out where that information originally came from. Quite dodgy if you ask me.

I suspect this was a fraudulent call. The person on the line claimed they wanted to chat about my life insurance with Legal & General. The only problem is, I've never taken out a policy with them. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

I received a call during the day regarding some supposed “life insurance with Legal and General.” The thing is, I've got life insurance, but it's certainly not with them, and neither are the underwriters involved. When I questioned this discrepancy, the caller abruptly ended the conversation without any reasoning. Definitely feels like a dodgy fishing attempt!
