I didn’t press anything, just waited for them to hang up so they’d incur any call costs. Looks like a scam to me, as pressing any option might have racked up huge charges. Really risky, could leave you with unexpected bills and financial trouble.

One2one utilities called me with a "free no obligation" quote about energy. I got pretty annoyed when I asked them to stop calling, but then got SIX calls in just 10 minutes after that. When I picked up the last one and told them again to remove me from their list, the guy said he'd arrange a call back for tomorrow, then just hung up. I tried searching the name online, using both the numeral and spelled out versions, but found hardly anything. Some results popped up, including Utility Warehouse, which is who I get my electricity from, so it made me wonder if it was connected to them.
