So I got a call from someone claiming to be with 02, trying to sell me a new deal and phone. I kept asking questions but they just wouldn’t give me straight answers, then got quite rude. I’ve reported it to 02 - hopefully they’ll do something about these dodgy blokes messing about with their reputation.

I've been inundated with numerous calls over the past couple of months. They all originate from 020 numbers and most of the time, they just cut off when I pick up. I’ve employed a call-blocking app to deal with these nuisances, yet they keep ringing me from various other numbers. The few that do choose to stick around have been the classic scams, claiming I’ve had an accident that wasn’t my fault. I always respond by pointing out that since they’re not my insurance provider, it really doesn’t concern them if I've had an accident or not! It's so infuriating!

Just got a call about renewing my EE contract, bit annoying tbh. They kept pushing for an upgrade when I just wanted to know about my current deal. Felt like a sales pitch rather than help with my renewal. Not what I was expecting at all.
