We had the same experience around half past ten. The moment you try to call them back, they don’t respond with a proper company name. It’s clearly a call centre, the background noise is absolutely chaotic! We’re thinking it might be some sort of loan agency.

Honestly, it’s high time the government stepped in and introduced some proper regulations!
