It was really confusing cause they kept asking if I spoke Urdu or Hindi. The only thing I managed to catch was something about a 50% discount, said over and over. They sounded quite rude too. They said they were calling from Currys PC World, which seemed a bit fishy to me. I'd bet it's one of those scam calls.

I keep gettin these calls but as soon as I pick up, the line just goes dead. Seems like they're hoping an older person will pick up so they can try and scam them.

Today I got a call from someone claiming to be with O2, saying they could lower my monthly bill for the next eight months and give me a free phone. When I said no, the bloke suddenly went silent and then tried pushing me to give my home address. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

Got a ring from a lady claiming she was from O2, said they were my mobile network or something like that. Thing is, I’m not even with O2, so it seemed dodgy straight away. Ended the call quick and would tell anyone to just hang up too.
