This morning I answered twice as I was waiting for someone to ring me, but both times when I said hello, the line just went silent! Quite frustrating.

Got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC, told me there was some fraud done using my name and instructed me to hit button 1. Sounded dodgy to me.
