Got a spam call where they wanted to talk to the person who had my number more than 10 years ago. Not just annoying, but they’re definitely breaking Data Protection laws by holding onto and using someone’s info from that long ago for who knows what, probably nothing related to why it was originally given. Got a call from someone asking for a person named “Roulette,” like the casino game or something. Then they wanted my real name, but I wasn’t giving it out since they didn’t even say who they were first. The guy sounded like he expected me to get angry, you could hear it in his tone. He said his name was Kevin, but there was definitely an Asian accent which made me doubt that was true. Not trying to judge but it's fair to say the odds of him really being Kevin were pretty slim. Said something about a survey and then just hung up. Best to steer clear.

I reckon he’s more of an annoyance than an actual threat, just way too slow to be harmful. Took him ages to catch on that I was having a laugh. After he checked that I was supposedly in a crash that wasn’t my fault, from way back in the early 70’s! Just put him on block, honestly. Though looking at my recent calls, he’s tried ringing through the block a few more times - daft muppet.

Fraudulent caller! I've tossed that number onto my ‘auto reject’ roster. What a group of nincompoops! I often like to have a cheeky bit of banter with these muppets. When they inevitably ring up asking if I've had a crash, my reply tends to be, “Oh crikey, you’re just in time! It’s been a right disaster - there’s been a proper incident with blood everywhere. Honestly, I shouldn't have lost my temper, but I went a bit mad when I saw them in bed together and, well, I might have resorted to a cricket bat. Can you provide some assistance? I’m utterly at my wit’s end trying to manage the whole scene!" I hardly allow them a moment to utter a word, and by the time I pause for air, there's usually nothing but silence on the other end before they hang up. After that, I swiftly add their number to my auto-reject list. How amusing! 😆

Is it just me or does the blocking feature activate right when you pick up? They begin talking and then suddenly the tone that blocks calls comes on and cuts them off. My block list is massive now. I received a peculiar call from a chap who claimed to be from something like Sorjornas. Every time I inquired about his location, he dodged the question, insisting on repeating my name instead. Despite my persistent questioning about who was on the line, he merely provided his name. Eventually, he revealed that he was associated with "I Love My Offers" and was keen on conducting a brief survey. Quite frankly, I suspect this might be a scam or some sort of fraudulent activity...
