I received a call from this number yesterday, stating that I'd previously contacted them. A woman on the line claimed to represent an organisation associated with access care, suggesting they wished to send someone over to my residence for an assessment. She mentioned a name that sounded like access something or other. I find it puzzling since I've never dialled this number at any point.

I received a call yesterday from a firm that had "Access" in their name, if I recall correctly. The lady on the other end claimed I’d reached out to them previously, which was quite baffling since I hadn't. She proceeded to grill me with numerous questions regarding my health and mentioned they’d like to send someone to my house for an assessment. Naturally, I turned down the idea, yet she insisted she would give me another call next week. Quite bizarre, really!

My elderly mother, who struggles with dementia, has received calls on two occasions now from this number. The inquiries being made are quite concerning; they want to know if she uses a wheelchair, whether she's in a terminal condition, and if her family is nearby. I attempted to reach out to the phone company, but their response was bafflingly unhelpful.
