Got a voicemail saying my BT internet would get disconnected if I didn’t press 1 or 2 to sort it out. Rang back and some bloke answered with just “hello who's this?” - definitely not how BT or Sky talk to customers. Sounds like they’re trying to scam you for your card details by pretending to sort your BT bill. Total con if you ask me!

Got a robo call sayin my bt internet would get cancelled unless I pressed 1 or 2. When I rang back, some bloke picked up and went “hello, who’s this then?” Sounded nothing like BT or Sky. Definately a scam, probably just tryna grab your card details to “clear” your supposed debt. Don’t fall for it!
