I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming she was from BT and wanted to boost my internet speed. When I asked her which person she was trying to reach, she turned quite pushy. She kept pestering me for my name and personal info, and when I refused, she started threatening to disconnect my internet. Proper dodgy, that one.

When I stood my ground and refused to divulge any information, she went so far as to threaten to disconnect my internet service. Quite a troubling encounter, I must say!
