I chose not to pick up when 0115-7786982 rang my phone, as my device flagged it as a possible scam. After doing a bit of digging on Who-called, it turned out the call was probably linked to some dodgy vaccination offers.

I didn’t recognise the number, so I chose not to pick up. They didn’t bother leaving a voicemail, either. I decided to look it up on this site. Recently, I’ve gotten a positive result for COVID, which leads me to think this might have been a dodgy call from someone impersonating the NHS. I've already received a proper call from them, so I really suspect this was some kind of scam.

I had the misfortune of dealing with an absolutely dreadful individual on the phone earlier today. This rude character not only raised their voice but also had the audacity to tell me to take a hike! They purport to be from a Covid-19 Helpdesk, but it’s painfully clear this is nothing more than a scam. Quite appalling, really.

Received a call but unfortunately missed it, so I decided to check this site initially. After that, I gave them a ring back. They assert they are associated with a Boots optician appointment centre. There's a possibility that the number could be spoofed, though.

A blatant scam! I received a call purporting to be from the Covid Vaccination Division. The person on the other end had a distinctly foreign accent, and the call originated from 0115 778 9628. When I pressed for details regarding the reason for their call, they dismissively said, "You needn't concern yourself with that." Upon requesting to be taken off their list, they abruptly ended the call.

When I inquired about their location, they mentioned London, yet the number they called me from was registered in Nottingham. The moment I pressed for clarity, they abruptly ended the conversation. Best not to share any personal details with these sorts of callers!

I keep getting calls from this persistent caller who leaves me voicemails every single day, and they’ve taken to using various mobile numbers to dodge being blocked. Honestly, I’ve never shown any interest in this company, so I can't fathom why they think it’s acceptable to bug me like this. Their approach is really pushing the boundaries of harassment, and I've made sure to report them.

They claimed to be from Boots Opticians, but then asked for my address and other personal details. I declined, requesting they send me a letter instead, and promptly ended the call. I searched online but couldn't find any link between the number they called from and Boots Opticians.
