I received a rather peculiar call from a lady with an Asian accent, who insisted she was representing the Hearing Clinic. Strangely enough, she spoke with a Nottingham twang. To top it off, she mistakenly used a completely different name for me and then proceeded to ask what my actual name was. I decided it was best to cut the conversation short and ended the call politely.
