This number belongs to Eonnext or maybe one of their subcontractors doing the smart meter installs. They’re pretty persistent - I got a few calls from them before I finally picked up and realised it was legit. I ended up having the smart meter fitted around a month afterwards. If they keep ringing you, it’s probably easiest to just pick up and say you’re not interested in having a meter installed.
