No message was left on my voicemail, but after reading some of the other posts, I've decided to block this number.

Every time I pick up, they just cut off the call. Seems like these calls are just to check if your number is even working before they sell it to telemarketers. It feels like the first step in those annoying scam calls we get all the time. I’m registered with the TPS, yet they ignore the cold calling regulations, so I think these are either illegal or coming from abroad.
