I've decided to ignore the calls altogether and just block them. They wanted to know my name, if it matches the name on the account, who usually settles the bill and if I had any bill support or was on a 'care line'. Once I replied, they asked me to wait so they could pass me on to a different number that would supposedly sort out a cheaper deal. It sounded a bit dodgy to me so I just ended the call. Right after, another phone just rang - seemed way too connected to be a coincidence.
