I received a rather persistent marketing call, asserting that I was eligible for a refund because of a policy that had been mis-sold to me.

I've been receiving calls from these numbers, 0115-7622792 and 1005-7622372. They claim they're not about PPI but seem really keen to know if I've taken out insurance on my bank cards. They even had the cheek to use my first name! When I requested them to stop contacting me, they promised they wouldn’t ring again, but it seems my words fell on deaf ears. - Caller: Honestly, I've no clue who they are, but they just won't take a hint!
