It appears that they’re no longer permitted to assist individuals with post-accident personal injury claims, which raises a red flag. It certainly gives off the impression of being a scam. They come across as quite genuine and empathetic over the phone, and it seems they've got access to quite a bit of information regarding an accident you registered, sourced from some insurance database. Just a word of caution: refrain from divulging any further details. They have a knack for being tenacious and may ring you up again, possibly even a year down the line, so remain vigilant.
