From what I could glean, she claimed I owed some money related to a minor car accident. Apparently, I hadn’t settled a payment that I wasn’t even aware of! Strangely, she mentioned my name, which threw me a bit. When I probed for more details about this supposed debt, her voice became muffled and unclear. I think she mentioned a company called ICS, but it was all a bit muddled. As soon as I started asking her more questions, she muttered something incoherent and abruptly ended the call. Who on earth are these people? However, when I pressed him for details, he seemed rather evasive. I inquired if it was a governmental body, but he skirted around the question. He went on to assert that there was a pending payment owed to me from a road traffic accident in the past three years.
