This number is the real deal! It belongs to the Stroke Research department that my husband registered with while he was in the hospital recovering from his stroke. They sent me a text message to introduce themselves after I had overlooked four of their calls. My bad—I assumed it was just another one of those dodgy scam calls!

When you give it a ring, you’ll hear a recorded message that says: "You've received a call from someone at the University of Nottingham. I tried to see if it was someone affiliated with the University of Nottingham; turns out quite a few others have had issues too. I ended up blocking the number, yet they persist in ringing me, as I keep getting Call Alerts from O2.
I'd suggest you block them as well!
