They said they were from Nottingham but the noise in the background sounded like some call centre. Sounded Indian too. They were polite enough but never actually told me why they were ringing and just hung up when I asked. I've blocked the number now. Definitely felt a bit sketchy.

Seemed a bit sketchy to me. I got asked about my age and if I owned a dog, and the moment I said yes, they just ended the call!
