I noticed the accident claim firm switched things up - they used to call from a 0207 number but now they're ringing from 0115. Also, they're using one of those automated message things, making it a bit tricky to get through.

Got this automated call saying “you’ve been in an accident.” Felt a bit dodgy to me.

I just got a call from this number, so I tried ringing it back and got a message telling me to call 118822 instead. It was supposedly some sort of directory enquiries service, but then they said there was a fault on the line and to ring back in ten minutes. I checked with my mobile network and turns out I was charged £1.20 for making that call. Definitely not calling them again and I’m going to block that number straight away.
