When I inquired about their identity, they wouldn’t provide any details, citing data protection regulations as an excuse. I found this rather amusing and reminded them they were the ones who called us. That must've struck a nerve because they promptly ended the conversation!

Given the other reviews I've seen, I strongly suspect this isn’t a legitimate NHS-affiliated company, but rather a business trying to make a sale. I’d advise everyone to be wary; this could quite possibly be a scam!

I received a call regarding a woman who had passed away. When I mentioned that I’m a carer in the household, the caller seemed to think I was involved with her mobility issues. However, when I clarified that I’m not responsible for looking after the late lady, she became quite irked and abruptly hung up on me.
