I picked up this phone call after they announced who they were, and honestly, that was a mistake! When I told the lady we didn’t require Mobility Care, she got quite cheeky and even claimed I must be using their services but hiding it. Then she just banged the phone down on me. I’m relieved if this was some sort of scam, because I definitely don’t want anything to do with them again.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with mobility, asking if we wanted any aids. Then realised it wasn’t connected to the NHS at all. Total scam.
