Kept calling till the answerphone picked up, then they just hung up.

kept calling but only got my voicemail, didnt leave any msg though then just stopped ringing altogether

The phone keeps buzzing but when I finally pick up, all I get is an automated message. It plays the exact same recording if you don't even bother to answer. Sounds like they’re using some kind of power dialler to call loads of people at once.

I usually ignore calls from unknown numbers but this one rang surprisingly early today. With elderly family members around, it’s quite unsettling to get a call at that time. You can’t help but worry when your phone starts buzzing so early.
