Got a call from a woman who was really rude. Once she found out I wasn’t going to put her through to a director, she got all high and mighty and just hung up on me. Honestly, how hard is it to be polite to the people you’re ringing?

Just got a call from Tianna at RVA Surveyors about business rates. Before this, her mate William rang from a Manchester number when we asked to be taken off their list. Now Tianna’s ringing from Nottingham, so it’s not clear it’s the same lot ignoring us. We don’t want to deal with companies who can’t respect a simple ask like that.
