I reckon it's Carphone Warehouse reaching out regarding a possible upgrade.

I've noticed this number has been ringing me several times over the past fortnight or so. Curiosity got the better of me, so I rang them back using a different phone, only to hear a recorded message from Carphone Warehouse regarding phone upgrades. I seem to recall browsing their site not long ago. How peculiar!
