I was in the midst of anticipating a delivery from AO when I received this call. Oddly enough, they didn’t leave any message behind.

I’ve been receiving an endless barrage of personal inquiries from this number. After I expressed my disinterest and ended the call, they still keep ringing me. It’s rather annoying, so I’ve decided it’s time to block them entirely.

Every time I try to look it up, it merely shows me a number I frequently receive calls from.

I found this caller rather aggressive when it came to discussing insurance options. It was a cold call, and I felt they completely disregarded my hesitance about sharing any personal information. A bit more respect for my privacy would have gone a long way, really.

I'm merely giving a bell to verify the authenticity of your number; it doesn't appear to be a genuine Nottingham contact at all.

This chap rang me up, saying he was from AO.com, trying to sell me some extra insurance on my appliances. Oddly, he asked me to verify my address even though he was the one calling me! The moment I pushed back and questioned why I should share my address, his so-called professionalism just vanished. He couldn't even recall any specifics about my order, which made it clear he was just working off some second-rate info that AO might have offloaded. I’d steer clear of these scams – appliances generally come with their own warranties anyway!

I received a rather dubious call purporting to be from the National Lottery, attempting to coax me into signing up by providing my bank information for what they claimed were complimentary lottery tickets. Be very cautious with such approaches! It's a firm rule of mine never to share bank details with anyone.

I didn't recognise the phone number, so I chose not to pick up. They've been ringing me incessantly—21 times in just a few days! Oddly enough, they never bother to leave a voice message. Quite peculiar, really.

I missed the call, but it seems to be Domestic & General reaching out to peddle extended warranties for AO.

It's not coming from A.O. at all; it's actually D&G pushing a warranty for an item you’ve purchased from A.O.

I’ve no clue who this number belongs to. They called my mate before reaching out to me. We’ve got a delivery scheduled for tomorrow, and for some odd reason, I thought it might be related to that.

I received a call from this number claiming to be from AO regarding a dryer I had purchased. They recounted my order details and even mentioned my email, which made it seem genuine at first. However, a huge alarm went off when they requested my bank account number and sort code for some supposed insurance on the dryer. When I suggested they email me the information so I could review it later, they insisted that wasn’t an option. Something definitely felt off, so I ended the call. I'll have a chat with the delivery team later to see if they're in the loop about this.

Fraudulent activity, likely aimed at swindling money.

Most likely it was AO.com, as I'd just placed an order for a dishwasher about ten minutes before the call came through.
I couldn’t pick up because I was tied up at the time, but I did a quick search for the number and ended up finding this site.

I’ve been bombarded with calls non-stop today—over ten times to be precise! Each time, the caller ID is kept hidden. I’ve never bought anything from AO, and I don’t recognise anyone from Nottingham. It's quite the nuisance!

I received a call just ten minutes after placing an order for a washing machine with AO. I picked up, but it was so quiet I couldn’t make out a single word. After half a minute of silence, they simply cut off the call.

Received a call earlier today from someone claiming to be from AO, discussing a purchase I’d made. They mentioned the items I ordered in detail, then proceeded to ask for my address and email—presumably for confirmation. The conversation quickly shifted to some sort of insurance for my television, which I had indeed ordered, and it was pitched at five quid a month. The chap was rather insistent and didn’t give me the impression that I had much of a choice about taking out this cover. When I declined, there was a noticeable pause, and he pressed rather aggressively for my bank details. I’d firmly suggest steering clear of this—it feels very much like a scam. Please, everyone, don't share your personal information!

It's a local insurance firm, so once you've made a purchase, they might ask for your information to offer insurance options. They tend to call you a year later to check if you're still interested, which can be rather bothersome. Not a scam, just a bit of a nuisance!

This number keeps ringing me incessantly. I refuse to pick up, and they never bother leaving a voicemail, so I'm inclined to think it's just another dodgy outfit trying to pester me about matters that don’t even pique my interest. Whether it’s PPI, pension checks, or some nonsense about an accident I've supposedly had, I’m not interested in engaging!

Indeed, it's unmistakably AO – they seem to be pushing an extended warranty on whatever item you recently bought. It might be worth your while to pick up the phone and let them know you're not keen on it (unless you're actually interested, of course), and they'll likely take the hint and cease the calls.

I received a call from this number purporting to be from ao.com. The chap on the line mentioned what I had bought and then requested that I verify my address. He went on to ramble about some sort of policy meant to insure my purchase, but kept pressing for my bank account number and sort code. I was at my workplace and explained I didn’t have that information readily available. Oddly enough, he suggested I hop onto my online banking via my mobile to fetch those details, but I informed him that wasn’t feasible either. He promised to ring me back around half six that evening, but surprise, surprise – no phone call came through!

I've received a whopping seven missed calls from this number over the past couple of days. Each time I pick up, there's nothing but silence on the other end, and no messages or voicemails are left behind. It's beginning to feel like it's either some dodgy telemarketer or possibly a scam. I'd suggest steering clear of it if I were you!

I’ve received two calls from this number that I couldn’t answer. The first one came in at 5:45 PM on the 29th of December, and then another one today at midday on the 30th. Strangely enough, neither call came with a voicemail, leaving me in the dark about their intentions. Quite perplexing, really!
