Got a call from someone saying they were an energy advisor nearby. When I told the woman she was bothering me, she just kept going, so I ended up blocking the number.

Got a call on 26/10/22 at 09:21 from a number I didn’t know. Since I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, I just let the answerphone do its job. As soon as the machine started, the caller hung up. Definitely looks like another spam attempt.

Got a call on Thursday 22 October at 9.39am from 01156839663. When I rang back, I just caught a woman’s voice for a moment before it went dead. Looks like it’s from Nottingham. This is the second dodgy call I’ve had in two days - I’ll be reporting it to BT for sure.

I tried calling them back but the line just dropped. Definitely another clever scammer trying their luck.

The number looks like it's from a legit company but it's actually been hacked, so I'd say dont pick up if it rings, could be a scam!
