Sounds like a total scam to me. The number looks like it's from Nottingham but it's actually a +44 code, so it’s probably from abroad - maybe South Africa, if I’m reading this right. They left a weird bit of a voicemail saying something about a “purchase” and told me to press 1 if it wasn’t me to talk to customer service. Don’t fall for it, just ignore. Definitely dodgy!
