Got a call yesterday from a number starting with 0118, said it was Vodafone talking about some promo deal. I told them I wasn’t interested and they just ended the call. Before that, a woman rang me claiming she was Vodafone too. These calls are obvious spam and definitely not from Vodafone.

Some scammers just keep ringing back over and over. Honestly, best thing is to just block the number and stop answering. It gets annoying fast!

Pretty sure it was someone from Carphone Warehouse calling me. I started joking about them being scammers and you should’ve heard the bloke go on! He spent nearly five minutes denying he was a scammer before finally giving up and hanging up. Quite the chat!
