I could easily tell he had a distinct foreign lilt to his voice... he inquired about my well-being, quite politely. However, out of nowhere, the line went dead. I attempted to ring him back, only to be greeted by a robotic voice that stated, "The service is unavailable." Quite peculiar, isn’t it?
