Some bloke rang me saying he was from the council and was checking in on a damp issue I’d reported at my flat. Thing is, I own the place and there’s no damp at all. Pretty sure it was just a dodgy scam call.

Answered the phone but nobody spoke, then the call just ended. After seeing what others said, I’m going to block this number.
